The European Commission and the European External Action Service invited stakeholders worldwide to discuss ocean challenges and to define action-oriented solutions towards global sustainability objectives.
The 2nd International Ocean Governance Forum took stock and discussed further the contributions and proposals made during the first series of webinars and workshops that took place between April and July 2020, and during the online consultation conducted from July to October. Participants discussed how the IOG Forum can best transform these ambitions into priority actions to take forward.
